Wow, time flys!

We are going on our 5th month, and are enjoying every minute! We have have had many great people come through our door, all working hard to achieve a greater levels of fitness! We have celebrated a few birthdays, participated in and had top finishers in the annual mayors run, hosted a Paleo eating challenge which produced over 50 lbs lost in 6 weeks, helped fitness competitors reach the stage through Paleo dieting, and CrossFit workouts, saw 2 competitors finish top 5 at the CrossFit Lethbridge Showdown, and to top it off of one of our CrossFit Kids made the AAA All-Star baseball team. We know CrossFit will only get better and bring more success to our athletes young, old, and in between!
